Keith McCormick

CEO/Founder

Keith McCormick was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. He served five years in the Marine Corps Infantry, followed by several years of serving as a contracted combat medic around the world. Quick Bites Inc. was founded while he was working at the US Embassy in Afghanistan. Hours of standing on top of armored vehicles to get phone service paid off when he returned to Alaska to run the company full-time. He is passionate about time, and people getting to spend it where it really matters, with family and friends.

Bradley Pezzimenti

Tech Lead

Bradley Pizzimenti grew up in Portland, Oregon and began programming at age 13. He continued working with computers through high school and his freshman year of college. A long hiatus from computer science at then led him to travel and work in economic development and political science before mobile app development called him back to write code. He has been working on Android and Java since 2015 and continues to create traditional apps as well as new AR and VR applications for the platform.

Jennifer Foster

Marketing Lead

Jennifer has more than 15 years of experience in the public relations and social media sectors. Her experience includes conceptualizing and implementing media relations and social media campaigns for companies across a wide array of industry sectors, including one of the nation’s largest wireless carriers, a national media buying agency, an international automotive manufacturer, as well as chain and independent retailers and restaurants, and start-ups. She has tremendous experience managing teams of executives for large scale events, too.

Prior to founding CMF, Foster spent 13-years with a public relations and marketing firm in southeast Michigan, advancing from intern to senior vice president during her time there.
Foster previously authored a monthly Detroit News and Detroit Free Press column on leveraging social media in a job search and authored and appeared in an eHow Facebook video series on how to make the most of the platform.

Russ Klein

Klein has led teams on Gatorade, McDonalds, Church’s Chicken, Boston Market, and more—holding top marketing posts at Dr Pepper/7UP Companies, 7-Eleven Corporation, Burger King Corporation and Arby’s; and senior posts at Leo Burnett and Foote, Cone, and Belding Advertising agencies. Klein has had the rare privilege to lead marketing for three major business turnarounds (Dr Pepper/Seven-Up Companies [Hicks and Haas], and the Burger King Corporation [TPG, Goldman Sachs, and Bain Capital]) in LBO environments that subsequently went public—generating in excess of 600% combined returns for shareholders. Klein was most recently EVP and Chief Marketing Officer for Arby’s; responsible for a wholesale repositioning of the Arby’s brand; setting the course for long term growth–and delivering a foundation for outperformance. Klein has been named to “top marketer” lists spanning three decades, including his Burger King body of work recognized by ADWEEK as “The Advertiser of the Decade” for the 2000’s; the highlight of which was the most recalled ad ever measured by Nielsen/IAG, and the “Digital Ad of the Decade” by the WSJ.

Jonathan Olson

In his 19 years practicing intellectual property law, Jonathan Olson has participated in various due diligence studies, product clearance and other opinion letters, portfolio analysis, foreign patent prosecution, license negotiations, assertions of trade secret rights, patent litigation support, and trademark prosecution. He has written patent applications for Bill Gates, Paul Allen, Nathan Myhrvold, and many other prominent Seattle-area inventors. Jonathan’s work has provided leverage in numerous licensing negotiations and litigation contexts.

Peter holds an MBA from Rensselaer, then a JD from Duke Law. He has decades of experience working in the start-ups and investor communities. His skills lay in handling corporate development and legal projects in a fast-paced software & SaaS startup environment. He has deep expertise in structuring, negotiating and reviewing complex, high value, multi-year, revenue, market share acquisition, and software licensing deals with enterprise companies and startups, including analysis and improvement of revenue recognition, IP and data ownership, reduced risk + improved upside terms.
